Dear Parish Family,

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration last weekend beginning with our Christmas Eve worship, and continuing right through Sunday's service of Lessons and Carols.

STEWARDSHIP UPDATE

We have seen an 80% increase in giving. This is a wonderful increase over last year. If you have not submitted a pledge card would you please pray about doing so?

FAITH ALIVE WEEKEND (Jan. 21-23)

Please look your your family's special letter of invitation during hospitality hour on Sunday. Any not picked up will need to be mailed. Please sign up at the hospitality table.

So goes the old, old hymn, "There?s Something About That Name." The first Sunday following January 1, we celebrate Holy Name Day, recalling how Jesus was given the name the angel had revealed to Joseph before his birth. What does the name of Jesus mean to you?

Our readings for Sunday morning include: Numbers 6:22-27, Psalm 8,Philippians 2:5-11, and Luke 2:15-21.

We welcome everyone to worship, where we celebrate the one whose name means "Savior."
