Please join in our celebration today as our children remind us of the timeless truth that Jesus is the greatest gift ever given.

FAITH PROMISE CARDS
Today is the planned in-gathering of our faith pledge) cards for 2014. Please place yours in the offering basket. If you forgot to bring yours, please see Jason Wheeler or Paul Branch fro a card. It is ever so helpful to plan our budget based on your estimates of giving.

Christ Church Chatter

WELCOME
to our worship on this day when we celebrate the 2ndSunday of Advent, that time of prayerful preparation for Jesus to be born anew in our hearts. Given the pace of our culture, and the pace of this season in particular, the challenge is ever before the faithful to step back a bit and make time for silence, rest, and family relaxation together. I encourage you to make worship on the four Sunday's of Advent a very high priority for your family. And set aside some other time, too, to focus on Jesus.
